Goodbye Self-Doubt

Hypnosis

When your mind alone can't get there.

For fears, self-doubts, old beliefs and everything your mind has long understood but your subconscious apparently hasn't yet.

The Game-Changer

From the hypnosis chair to the stage.

Sonnya Endhart

Over twenty years ago I had the chance to become a presenter at MTV — and froze completely at the casting out of fear. After that I moved my career safely behind the camera. Which worked out great. Only the wish to stand in front of it never fully went away.

Years later, when I heard Dr. Richard Bandler on a podcast, I knew: I have to meet this guy. I wanted to get rid of my stage fright and ended up in his hypnosis chair.

"What the hell?"

When I found myself after the hypnosis singing on a stage in front of 500 people, I knew I'd stumbled onto a brilliant tool and wanted to understand how it worked.

Today I stand in front of the camera myself, do acting and at 43 have even discovered stand-up comedy. Turns out the show-off was there all along.

What is Hypnosis?

The language of the subconscious.

Hypnosis is a state of focused attention, similar to meditation. You're aware of everything that's happening, can speak and can stop the session at any time.

Through targeted language, we can change old ways of thinking and automatic reactions and anchor new ones in the subconscious.

Why Hypnosis?

Out of autopilot.

Your subconscious determines quite a lot about how you feel, think and react. A large part of our responses run on autopilot — shaped by experiences, habits and beliefs we stored away at some point.

That's why we can know perfectly well that a fear is unfounded, that we're good enough or that we don't need to stress — and still react differently. Our nervous system simply doesn't care what our rational mind has long since understood.

Hypnosis works with these automatic patterns and can establish new responses in the subconscious.

My Background

Solution-oriented.

I trained with Dr. Richard Bandler, co-founder of NLP® and one of the best-known figures in modern hypnosis, becoming a certified NHR® Hypnotist and NLP® Master Practitioner. I also immersed myself in further hypnosis methods, including RTT® by Marisa Peer.

Since then I've been using hypnosis not only for my own topics, but also to help others move forward with theirs.

I don't want to spend weeks talking about why something isn't working — I want to find out what we can change. And that's exactly how I work. Pragmatically.

Your Session

1:1 Hypnosis

We start with what's on your mind right now and define what you'd like to achieve instead. Then we work with hypnosis to target the fears, beliefs or patterns that are getting in the way.

You don't need to know where your issue comes from or how to solve it. That's exactly what I'm here for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions?

Do I need to be "easily hypnotisable"?

You don't need any special ability. Hypnosis isn't a competition to see who goes into trance most spectacularly. We work together and find out what works for you.

Am I conscious during hypnosis?

Yes. You're aware of everything that's happening, can talk to me and remain in control throughout.

Is one session enough?

That depends on the topic and the person. A single session can already set something in motion or create a shift. For working on a specific issue I recommend at least three sessions — that way we can observe what develops between appointments and build on it.

Do I need to know where my issue comes from?

No. That's often exactly what we don't know. You don't need to come to me with a ready-made explanation.

Does the hypnosis take place online?

Sessions take place online as well as in person in Mallorca. Feel free to get in touch about what works best for you.

How long does a session last?

A session typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes.

Is hypnosis the same as psychotherapy?

No. My work does not replace medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment. For clinical conditions or serious complaints, please consult a qualified professional.

What is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It explores how language, thoughts and inner imagery influence our experience and behaviour. Linguistic and mental techniques are used to consciously change habitual thinking and response patterns.

What is RTT®?

RTT® stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy, developed by Marisa Peer. The method combines hypnosis with various therapeutically inspired techniques, focusing especially on the beliefs and experiences behind a present-day problem. The goal is to identify and reframe limiting beliefs.
